The Call Centre Manager will supervise daily operations, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and provide leadership, direction and training to the team to maximise efficiencies and ensure a high level of customer service.To be successful in this role, you are proactive, calm under pressure and take pride in your ability to provide excellent customer service. The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Call Centre Manager to manage our team of Contact Centre Agents and oversee the daily running and optimal management of our Contact Centre.
