As the faces of National Storage, our centre teams provide a seamless customer experience for over 85,000 customers across more than 200 centres. Whether it’s moving house, more space required to keep prized possessions safe, or planning for long-term travel, our teams assist customers in finding the best solution to suit their needs during a time that could otherwise be stressful.
Our Storage Managers are responsible for the financial and operational performance of their storage facility through delivering a high degree of sales expertise and customer service, effective training and people management, high standards of centre presentation and adherence to company policy and procedures.
Due to our varied portfolio of storage centres, this role can be suited to assistant managers wanting to manage their first centre through to experienced managers ready for a new challenge.
Our Storage Consultants are responsible for providing excellent sales and service experiences to our new and existing customers. This role assists in ensuring the centre achieves its budgeted goals, adheres to National Storage policies and procedures, and is clean and well presented at all times.

State Operations
As leaders in the field, our state operations team’s primary focus is on building and developing high performance teams, executing operational efficiencies, and actioning strategic plans to maximise profit and continually grow the business.
Responsible for the leadership and development of a region of centres, our Operations Managers strive to achieve financial growth, delivery of consistent customer service levels and operational excellence through managing all administration, compliance, and detailed business practices.
If you are a Multi-Site or Regional Manager or Big Box/Department Store Manager who embodies a people-first mentality, then this is the role for you.
Our State Managers lead, motivate and manage effective state teams to achieve optimal sales objectives, customer service levels and set business objectives. They are skilled in strategic planning and ensuring a safe working environment through compliance with WHS regulations and National Storage policies and procedures.
As a senior leadership role, 3-4 years’ experience in a senior multi-site/state management role is required in addition to a strong financial and business acumen.
Contact Centre
Figuring out what storage solution you need is no simple task, especially if you haven’t used self-storage before. From sizing and accessibility to location and price, our Contact Centre team are ready to do the heavy lifting and solve all storage-related problems for our customers.

Creating rosters and forecasting team and sales requirements is the focus of this detailed-orientated role.
You will lead and control the end-to-end workforce management process, including forecasting and scheduling ensuring optimum utilisation of the team across all channels, within budget and achieving target metrics. You are the go-to person for leave requests, availability changes and payroll needs making you a critical person within our Contact Centre team.

Based in Brisbane, our Head Office provides support across our Australian and New Zealand portfolio.

Through our strategic development and expansion projects, we incorporate cutting edge technology and advanced design methods making us the market leader in self-storage. Our development team travel across Australia and New Zealand locating and securing new sites and then work closely on each new build from start to finish.

As an ASX 200 listed company, our finance team plays a critical role providing specialist advice across finance, audit, tax, treasury and investor relations. Daily financial activities include preparation of month end accounts, BAS and tax returns, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, audits and year end statutory accounts. They undertake and manage a wide variety of actions such as acquisitions, property and commercial law matters, contracts, leasing, operational queries, industrial law, capital raising, governance and the ASX listing rules.

Working across both traditional and digital marketing functions, our in-house marketing team are highly skilled in the art of communications and managing our content and advertising strategies, working directly with our corporate sponsors and community partners, engaging our customers through various social media channels, and using analytics and consumer insights to ensure our products stand out in the market.
